Welcome — we're so glad you're here. Whether you're in Freeport to unwind, explore, or gather with the people you love, we want your stay to feel easy from the moment you walk in.

This guide was put together after a recent long stay in the villa, so it goes a little beyond the basics — the small things that make a difference, and a few favorite places just down the road. Make yourself at home.

1. Add it to your home screen.iPhone: tap the Share icon, then “Add to Home Screen.” Android: tap the ⋮ menu, then “Install app” / “Add to Home screen.”
2. It works offline.Once you’ve opened it, the guide stays on your phone — so the Wi-Fi, the emergency numbers, and your host’s direct line are there even during an island power outage or in a low-signal spot.

• Please treat the villa as if it were your own.
• No smoking inside the villa.
• Keep noise low after 10:00 PM — the neighbors are close.
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• Let us know about any accidental damage as soon as you can — it happens, and it's always easier sorted early.
• Switch off lights, A/C and appliances whenever you head out.

Wi-Fi

Air Conditioning

Keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running — it'll cool faster and hold better in the Bahamian heat.

Please switch the A/C off when you leave the villa for a longer stretch.

Power & Hot Water

While power interruptions are uncommon, SeaClusive Villa is equipped with backup power to ensure the entrance gate and other essential systems remain operational, allowing your stay to continue with minimal disruption and maximum comfort.

The water heater runs on its own breaker that pairs with the main power lever. If you ever arrive to no hot water, it's almost always just a switch — message Donald and he'll walk you through the panel in under a minute.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. Before you head out or check out, please:

• Wash up, or load the dishwasher.
• Never pour grease down the sink.
• Bag and bin food waste.

Laundry

A washer and dryer are here for you. Use only the recommended amount of detergent, and please clean the lint filter after each dryer load.

Trash & Recycling

Household garbage goes in the designated bins. If you're staying through a collection, here's the rhythm:

Local basics

• Money: the Bahamian Dollar equals the U.S. Dollar — and USD is accepted almost everywhere.
• Language: English.
• Water: tap water is generally fine; bottled is easy to find if you prefer.

• Wash up or load any used dishes.
• Leave used towels in the bathroom.
• Take out the garbage.
• Return the keys as instructed.
• Close and lock all windows and doors.
• Turn off the lights and A/C.
